Please carefully read all terms and conditions described below as, when using our website and its services, you are expressly accepting them. These legal conditions are binding for both parties.
Procedures to acquire a travel service
To materialize the acquisition of a service on our website, it will be necessary to have fulfilled the following steps:
Select the required service through the existing search and quote processes on our website.
Access the Payment pages where the concepts necessary for the acquisition of the service must be indicated.
Provide data related to the service and personal data such as number of passengers, names, telephone numbers, emails, ages, etc...
Accept the conditions indicated on the payment pages.
And obtain the confirmation by email which will be obtained by having fulfilled the previous requirements.
Confirmation of reservations
Depending on the booked activity, you can receive confirmation of it immediately, or within a maximum period of 24 hours.
Once the payment is made, you will receive a personalized voucher from all2see by email, which you must show to the corresponding collaborator at the time of the activity. Your reservation will be accepted exclusively upon presentation of a valid all2see voucher.
It is essential to present a printed copy of your voucher to the collaborator of the reserved activity.
The name and contact information will be available on your booking voucher, as well as all the details necessary for your activity.
It is your responsibility to keep the voucher and present it before starting the activity, along with a valid identification document with photo. The bonus may be invalidated if the above is not met.
Prices, inclusions and exclusions
The prices listed in all2see are per person unless otherwise stated and include VAT and any other taxes that may be applicable at the time of purchase.
Prices are subject to change without notice until the booking is confirmed.
Prices do not include tips, drinks, food, or anything else not specifically included in the Includes section in the description of the activities.
You can pay for your activity using credit card or debit card. We accept any credit or debit card in the world (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)
Your financial data (i.e., credit card number or expiry date) will be processed securely via an SSL secure connection being used only for the purchasing process or for issuing refunds in the event of a cancellation.
If you do not pay for the reserved activity or revoke the payment, all2see will ignore any possible claim for services.
If you pay for your reservation in a currency other than euros, your bank or card company may charge fees for converting your currency into euros, resulting in a difference between the amount charged by all2see and the final amount charged to your bank account or that which appears on your credit card or debit card statement.
Each contracted service has its own cancellation policy. Most of the services allow Users to exercise their right of withdrawal as of the booking’s confirmation up to 48 hours before they are provided. However, each contracted service must be reviewed individually, as its file will detail the cancellation conditions applicable in each case.
Cancellations made no later than 48 hours prior to the service date will receive 70% refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the service date will not be refunded.
In case of cancellation due to illness in order to get 100% refund you must be able to provide an original medical certificate.
Your absence at the stop at the excursion starting time indicated in the ticket incurs a penalty fee of 100% of its cost.
All excursions’ itineraries are subject to change at the discretion of guide or driver.
